    Beatie Ultimo, DNP, NP-C

    Beatie “Bea” Ultimo, DNP, NP-C, is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner currently working as an Inpatient Structural Heart Coordinator at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Over the past four years, she has developed the Inpatient Structural Coordinator role and established new workflows that facilitated key developments within the inpatient service in both procedural and nonprocedural areas.

    As a first-generation American, raised by immigrants who traveled to the US in hopes of achieving the American dream, Bea has built her career around the concept that education is everything. It is a principle that shaped her career and guided her through her collegiate degrees and led her down the path that helped her find her home in structural heart disease. Bea is a member of the cardiology collaborative and APP Council at BIDMC.

    Outside of her career, Bea is a proud mother of a rambunctious toddler and wife. She spends most of her free time exploring/traveling with her family, reading, or enjoying new music.
